LOVELY HOME WITH SO MUCH SPACE! Located in the amenity-laden Grande at Canal Pointe, this spacious home offers 3 separate living areas plus a deck and sleeps 10. Perfect for multi-generational families, the kids can have their own "wing" on the 2nd floor; with a bonus room, a "bunk" room and a private bath. The first floor offers a large, open floor plan with roomy living area , den, primary bedroom with en-suite bath, 2 guest bedrooms and an additional full bath. The picturesque pond in the backyard is the perfect back drop for early morning coffee or evening cocktails on the deck. Although the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops of Rehoboth are less than a mile away, you may choose to spend a couple of days in the community. The Grande at Canal Pointe offers 2 large pools, tennis courts, fitness center, playgrounds and it backs up to the bike trail. Bike to picturesque and historic Lewes . . . "the first town in the first state" in about 30 minutes! Owner graciously offers 5 bikes for your use AND a Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit! Have a rainy day? Stream your favorite shows on one of the 3 smart TVs.
Guest pays a $210 cleaning fee for each stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
