MELI MELAINE - Appartement 3 chambres avec balcon centre historique
We propose to you with the hiring, on Rennes, this charming renovated apartment with wifi (optical fibre), of a surface of 73 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travelers.
Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a nice balcony overlooking a courtyard.
The cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Three bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) opening onto the balcony, 1 double bed (140×190) and 2 single beds
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A balcony overlooking a courtyard to enjoy the beautiful days
The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in the city center, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park near the apartment, place Hoche (paying parking).
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest metro station: Sainte Anne / lines a and b
- Nearest train station : 3.3 km
- Nearest airport: Saint-Jacques-De-La-Lande 7.7 km

Flexible reception for your comfort: You have the option of being physically greeted by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, or opting to arrive on your own. If you choose autonomous arrival, please note that the keys are kept in a code-secured area 120 meters from the accommodation, about a 2-minute walk.
On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in "ready-to-live" rentals, which will be at your disposal throughout your stay.
