There's loads to do in Marbella, but venture farther afield and you'll find even more magic. Arrange a set of wheels and you can cruise around the greater area at your leisure. Add these awesome places to your itinerary:

• You'll discover Rodadero Beach and many other interesting attractions in Santa Marta. From Marbella, it's roughly 100 miles away.
• About 60 miles away, Barranquilla is also popular with wanderers. Be sure to take in Venezuela Park while you're in town. It's one of the reasons people love visiting this buzzing city.
• Visit Palomino Beach to reconnect with nature. Take a picnic to enjoy or just sit and unwind. From Marbella, it's roughly 140 miles away.

If you don't possess a driver's license issued in Colombia, then you may need to apply for an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your home country to be able to rent a car. You should also be aware that if an IDP is required, it has no validity on its own. You'll have to show your current driver's license your passport and other forms of identification as well. Lastly, make sure the credit card used to book the rental matches the name on your driver's license and passport. Some added requirements to rent a car internationally are:
