Car Rental Plavnieki

There are so many things to do in Plavnieki, but venture farther afield and you'll find even more magic. Arrange a set of wheels and you can meander around the greater area at your leisure. Add these fantastic drives to your to-do list:

• Cesis Municipality is about 45 miles from Plavnieki. Popular sights like Cesis Castle should be high on your list here.
• Next stop? Make it Tukums Municipality, which is around 40 miles away. Kemeri National Park is one local highlight you really shouldn't miss.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in Latvia, then you may need to acquire an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence to be able to rent a car. It's also important to note that if you do need an IDP, it has no validity on its own. You'll be asked to show your current license your passport and other forms of documentation as well. Lastly, make sure the credit card used to book the rental vehicle matches the name on your license and passport. Some additional requirements to rent a car internationally are:
