Villa Olympus, magnificent view, heatabel pool.

Located on a hill between Atsipopoulo and Kastellos, Villa Olymp was built in traditional Cretan style from solid stone. It has magnificent views of the mountains and the sea and is surrounded by a 4,000 m² plot with a beautiful Mediterranean garden.

The villa has 3 bedrooms with handcrafted beds, as well as 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. One bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with large sink and shower, as well as one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. The second bathroom can be reached from the hallway and has 2 separate sinks and a shower.

The spacious living area is the heart of the villa, because from the entrance there is an indescribable view of the sea, which can be seen through the large panoramic windows. The high ceiling with wooden beams emphasizes the width and generosity, as do the 2 arches that separate the living area from the kitchen and bedroom. The villa has been furnished with great attention to detail.

The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the spacious living area and creates a connection to the covered outdoor area.

This means that luxurious living comfort is spread over 165 m², where you don't have to miss out on anything.

The spacious outdoor area has 2 covered shaded areas, as well as a heated 4 x 8m pool plus a separate children's pool, all with sea views.

A sheltered outdoor shower is also available. It's not just from the roof terrace that you have a magnificent panoramic view of the mountains and the sea.

The pool can be heated. Pool heating is not included in the price and will be charged additionally. Price on request.

**07.11. - 31.03. the prices are without electricity! Electricity is charged extra based on consumption.

The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.

The length of stay from December 1st. until 31.03. is at least 28 nights. During this time, no interim cleaning is included.

The length of stay from April 1st. until May 21st is at least 7 nights.

From April 1st - 06.11. Additional costs are included in the rental price.

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked if available.

From 2024 there will be an innovation for tourism:
An eco-tax has been introduced for all guests since January 1, 2024. This is staggered by category and season.
The fee from March 1st to October 31st is €15/night per villa. For the months of November to February 28th the fee is 4.00 euros/night.
The amount must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival directly to the landlord's account, who will pay it to the Greek tax office.
