Summary - Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

Changeover Day - Friday and Monday. Short breaks are available off peak.

Dog-Friendly - Two well behaved dogs welcome (extra cost of 20).

Suitability - Situated over two floors. There is a downstairs loo with basin and ample storage for wet suits.

Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 with super king bed, window seating and sea views. Bedroom 2 with king bed and sea views. Bedroom 3 with two single beds. Bedroom 4 with double bed.

Bathrooms - Family shower room with WC, basin and heated towel rail. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Kitchen - Large family kitchen with double fronted log burner, easy chair, large kitchen table, extra table and bar stools and bar area. Well equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer, dryer, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.

Sitting Room - Large sitting room with sea and garden views, TV, DVD and open fire.

Outdoors - Enclosed garden but please note not fully enclosed for dogs or children - care must be taken. Garden furniture and an outside shower.

Parking - Off road parking.

Children - Travel cot (no bedding) and highchair upon request.
