“Clean studio and great location for our family's one night stay. Close to everything but a quiet retreat when needed. The host was very responsive and helpful, even alerted us about an item inadvertently left there after we checked out, and patiently helped us to reclaim the item. Loved the corner pizzaria and the Amish market between 2nd and 3rd. Also highly recommend the parking garage - 310 E 46th - highly efficient and got our car ready at 6am when we had to leave earlier than initially……

“We arrived early and couldn't go to our room yet, but surprisingly, they wouldn't let us store our luggage for free; we had to pay. The same thing happened at check-out. I've never experienced anything like this before. The only advantage here is the convenient location, although the room is near the street and quite noisy.”

“No hot water , only 3 towels for a stay of 5 days, only two roles of toilet paper. communicating with the host was non existent. I would never rent again or refer anyone to rent this facility again. It was extremely hot in the room. Coffee machine did not work”

“Die Zimmer sind wirklich nur zum Schlafen gedacht, ich denke, so war es auch gedacht. Wenn Sie also nur eine Unterkunft zum Übernachten suchen, ist es in Ordnung, aber für einen richtigen Urlaub ist es nicht so toll. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur wenige Schritte vom Herzen des Times Square entfernt. Das Personal ist gut.”

“My child participated in the itheatrics camp, and this location was perfect. He felt safe to walk to rehearsal every day and we could easily walk to shows every night. The location is as described in listing. Small kitchen and living space, but bedroom is large. I felt secure accessing and while inside the building. We saved lots of money having a kitchen available to make simple breakfast and lunch. Every night dinner was out and the food in the area is amazing! There are a ton of laundromats……

“Location was beyond perfect!!! Very close to Subway, City Bike stations (highly recommend as a way to see all the sights) and restaurants. Only a few blocks from Penn Station. Couldnt say anything bad about the place itself-pictures are exact. Only small issues were a delay in cleaning upon arrival (contacted Claudia and cleaner came right away) and the lack of extra essentials for an extended stay (trash bags, towels, etc.). Street noise is extreme but I didn't expect anything else in the city.……
