“Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg und in der Natur pur gelegen. Man hat einen super Ausblick und seine Ruhe. Das Haus ist schön und wir waren zu Viert dort. Die Küche ist vlt. ein wenig klein, aber trotzdem auch ausreichend zum kochen. Man kann auch schön draußen sitzen. Die zimmer sind jetzt nicht riesig und mit Dachschrägen (kopfstoßgefahr) aber auch super ausreichend.Super wenn man seine Ruhe will, zu den nächsten "Sehenswürdigkeiten" fährt man aber auch ein Stückchen.”

“We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view.

“The location and view is amazing. Especially easy to get to with a car but there are semi frequent bus services. A little way up the mountain from the lake but again bus or car makes it easy. The apartment is nice and modern, good kitchen, great bathroom, bed pretty comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and communicate well. Highly recommend for a couple or maybe small group.”

“This location was just perfect - the view alone would have sold us, but the house also was very clean, and was located right across from the bus stop. Xiufen was extremely responsive and set us up on advance with the Panorama pass which makes most bus trips free, and gives discounts on some attractions. Suggest to take train to Thun and bus to the location. Close to a walking suspension bridge and nice trail, also close to an extensive cave system worth visiting. ”

"It is a self check-in hotel which you will get a link for unlock the doors, so make sure you mobile phone has enough battery (hotel has free wifi), luckily a friendly host stays there from 0800 to 2000
Very good location where inside the Bern old town, shops and supermarkets are just next to it, also close to the train station, dont miss the rooftop view!!
Bad thing is the shower water is not hot enough even turned to the highest temperature, and there are some bars/pubs nearby, quite noisy on the weekend's midnight "
