“This hotel is fantastic. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom was regal and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location to walk to Gamla Stan and the palace and to Djurgarden. We would strongly recommend staying at this hotel. ”

“Geräumiges, gemütliches Zimmer, weniger als 5 Minuten zur Haltestelle von 5 Buslinien, 7 Minuten zur nächsten Tunnelbanen Haltestelle, Dutzende Restaurants, Cafes, Supermärkte in Laufnähe, freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Wie in viele Hotels in Schweden gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Der moderne, einstellbare, mobile Ventilator in unserem Zimmer reichte aber völlig aus.”

“The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.”

“wonderful location of the hotel. breakfast was fine. The position of the air-conditioner in the penthouse is right above the head on the left and somehow it had some strange noise. Had to sleep with the air-con off for several nights. Fortunately it was not too hot. Knew the room was fairly small when booking, not complaining, just left the luggage on the plank in the toilet and covered it with a raincoat bought from a museum . Problem solved. Couldn't leave it on the floor due to knee problems.……
