“My booking through Expedia never went to the hotel so we had an issue checking in the sales manager. Lisa Waldman was leaving for the day and she took the time to get on the phone with Expedia and figure out how to fix the problem. I highly recommend her and also the front desk manager Carol for doing an excellent job and finally getting us to our room”
