“Mike was amazing and very accommodating. The home was furnished and even had spices, oils and other condiments to cook. It was my husband and oldest son in town for our youngest son’s graduation from ASU! The home is a bit dated but functioned well. Location could not be beat. Walking to downtown Tempe was only 10 mins depending on how fast you walk. Close to restaurants, A mountain, the Mountain America Stafium and ASU. WOULD DEFINITELY rent from Mike again!”
