“It is a beautiful home equipped with everything we needed, and had clear instructions! Also a nice coffees shop downstairs you got a discount on!!”

“driving in it was beautiful, peaceful & we were ready to relax. the cabin was decorated super cute to accent the farm life. then… found the bath house! a lot more than a few steps away as described. 1 person could barely turn around & the mildew smell was the worst. ok… i can deal with this for 2 nights right! wrong. trying to get down the steep stairs from the bedroom in the middle of the night almost ended in a tumble down the stairs & a very long unlite walk to the bath house. it is connected……

“Great river location. Plenty of room for 4 couples. Giant tv in basement was fun for kid’s video games. Restaurant next door had great staff and was very convenient the nights I didn’t feel like cooking.”

“We came in from three different states to have family time and to attend a wedding! Since we live in three states, it was awesome to have a quiet, home to stay in!! I wish the decks had been swept, but the home was beautiful!! For a family of 10 and a 8 month old, it was a perfect gathering spot!! Other family came for a brunch before the wedding and we hosted 18 people easily!!! The hosts were so easy to work with and communicate with!!! We would stay here again!!!”

“We made this a meeting point for family from Kansas and Michigan. The house was very nice and worked perfectly for the five of us. The Peoria Heights area was very nice and quiet. We took morning walks along the parkway which had beautiful views of the river along the way. Dimitri was very responsive and helpful as the host. The only issues for us were that the hot tub water really needed to be changed and the leaves were knee-deep in the driveway when we arrived. A crew did come to clear the……

Jim's property and space is absolutely amazing, huge deck area by the pond with feeding the fish was awesome including ample space in the garage to play washers & games when it got too cold out.
