“Perfect size, comfortable, clean, close to U of Evansville,”

“Located a short walk to about anything downtown. Our host Jada was extremely helpful and accommodating. She gave wonderful recommendations on places to take my wife for our anniversary dinner. The House is a bit older but very clean and updated with about everything you need provided. Shampoo, coffee, cereal, stocked kitchen, and even wine for a fair charge that we ended up enjoying. My only negative is the living room curtains don’t provide much privacy at night (all the other rooms are fine),……

“The place was nice for what we wanted and we could tell it was one of the first times the room was used which is fine.We had to check in a bit late because they were not done cleaning, but the room and appliances themselves were nice.Fair warning the internet is not the greatest but it works and the shower water did not get very warm.Despite those minor issues we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay and had a good experience overall”

“The listing is beautifully decorated however there are some underlying flooring issues. The sub-flooring is falling in underneath the faux hardwood. There are lots of holds & the wood is rotting. Cleaners clean with strong chemicals to cover rotting floor smell. ”

“Toilet moves when you sit on it, needs fixed!Good cooling and A/C!Need more towels ahead of time (face, hand and bath sizes) without having to ask after checking in. I listed 3 guests and did not have enough for 1 guest and the length of stay. Once should not have to request the minimum needed.Thank you for providing them once requested however!”
