Woodcliff Hotel and Spa
Overall, I think our visit went extremely well. The staff was helpful and when the coffee pot went out in the room it was replaced quickly. I did feel that the prices of the restaurant, bar, and other facilities were extremely high. Could have used a microwave in the room.

Wyndham Rochester Downtown
Arrived at 530pm and did not get a room until nearly 7. They said they ran out of linens. Over 20 people waiting in the lobby. Check in is supposed to be at 3pm. Awful. Hotel looks under construction and run down.

I drove up to check in at 10:30 at night. Inside the lobby, there was no one behind the front desk, but a group of people hanging out int he lobby chairs.
