Also on this level is a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and smart TV plus a half bath. On the second level you will enjoy a good night's rest in one of three master bedrooms (two kings, one queen), all with private baths and smart TVs, plus there is a laundry room with new, large-capacity washer and dryer. There's one more king master bedroom with a private bath and smart TV on the top level. The great room provides ample seating for the group around the large screen smart TV. Ocean-to-sound views can be enjoyed through the windows or from the decks. The culinary masters will feel right at home in the well-appointed kitchen preparing meals for the family, then dining in the adjacent dining area with seating for 10. If your meal plans require grilling, there is a propane grill and covered picnic area in the ground level breezeway. And don’t let the four flights of stairs intimidate you when it comes to hauling groceries and luggage as there is an elevator to make the job a breeze! Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
