Very convenient when arriving by train from other parts of Italy 🇮🇹 or travelling to the airport. Area is similar to areas close to central station in any big city. It is convenient to go to other parts of Rome by metro or walking. Possible to walk to city centre in 20-30 minutes. Also very close to Cathedral where Pope Frances is buried. If you go early in the morning there’s no queue. Owner is friendly and eager to please. Bathroom is nice and clean. Plenty of hot water. Many small touches on the property aim to please the guests fx good quality toilet paper, hairdryer, slippers, ironing board and kettle for making tea in room. Also small refrigerator. Guesthouse is in on the first floor of the building. Window in room. Possibly to watch the coming and goings of a wide range of people while having a cup of tea in your room. Like the picture on hotels.com There is good quality and working airconditioning, heating (I stayed in winter) and a comfortable bed. It is a guesthouse something that apparently is very common in Rome. This means no staff on premises. Though they come in every day. The place itself is like one big apartment with several rooms branching off (quite a common offering in some cities) with one small communal kitchen. The rooms are modern though small (but there were larger rooms available that I saw), looks recently renovated/built, clean and quiet. The host Remo was very friendly and attentive, always friendly and making sure you have everything for a pleasant stay.
