The place itself is like one big apartment with several rooms branching off (quite a common offering in some cities) with one small communal kitchen. The rooms are modern though small (but there were larger rooms available that I saw), looks recently renovated/built, clean and quiet. The host Remo was very friendly and attentive, always friendly and making sure you have everything for a pleasant stay.
