“0 bad things to say about this place. The rooms were cleaned everyday, staff were helpful. Check in process was easy (make sure you follow the email sent to you) Location is perfect, 5-10min walk to queensboro Plaza station which would take you anywhere, uptown or downtown. I went solo, and I was super happy. I’ll be staying here again”

“Our stay was exceptional. Everything that you could possibly need was provided by the host, we did not have to ask for anything. The home is secure and clean. Great location. We are looking forward to next year's stay.”

“Nothing fancy, and not as "cute" as the photos make it seem. Walking in there was a bunch of random glass and building materials in the hallway, creaky stairs, etc. The walls/doors are also PAPER THIN so expect to hear other guests if you stay here (i woke up to kids screaming a lot and some ppl playing loud music - they do have earplugs in the room though). There are two shuttered/closed down restaurants below the hotel, which gave it a sorta sad vibe. Otherwise, excellent location, easy 2block……

“Great find! Place was clean and exactly as pictured. Parking is a big bonus. One block walk to the beach. Some of the reviews mentioned the loud music from RBQ downstairs... that didn’t bother me. Overall, great experience, would definitely stay again, and recommend to friends.”
