"The location and view from the property was gorgeous. The communication with the host was non existent. We arrived at the property around 6:30pm. 2.5 hours after check in was available and we had not received any check in instruction with how to retrieve keys or any information. WiFi was not available as stated in the description. When I informed them about the WiFi they told me to reset the modem in the kitchen. I searched to whole place and never found a modem. "Our room was right above a bar. We checked in about 315\. From 3:15 to 2:30 in the morning the music played at the bar extremely loud. So loud that I could not sleep. I had a conference to go to all day the following day. I would never stay there again and I would never recommend anyone to stay there. When I talked to the staff about the noise, they said that basically I have to deal with it. I think that you should put on your website that this hotel is above a bar and that they play extremely loud music all day and night long until 2:30 am. Also, there was only one plug in the room and one electrical outlet in the bathroom. So my husband and I could not both plug our phone up at the same time. The room was also very small. The bath towels were hard like brick. I selected this hotel to get rest for the long day that I had ahead of me the next day, not to listen to music until 2:30 am in the morning. Unfortunately, that did not happen. So I paid for a room to listen to very extremely loud music until 2:30 in the a.m. "
