“Estuve en el hotel varios días. El personal es muy amable y siempre tratan de ayudarte en lo que necesites. El cuarto estaba limpio. Me gustó ver que había seguridad en las noches al entrar a la propiedad y la vigilancia de los coches. Por otro lado, el desayuno fue bueno y todo estaba muy agradable. Si vuelvo a Tijuana, volvería a hospedarme ahí. ”

“Antes del viaje Leí detenidamente la información que ustedes me proporcionaron y en ninguna parte se me informó que para que se realizara el aseo de la habitación tenia yo que solicitarlo y estuvo la basura, toallas sucias... tuve que solicitar toallas limpias y hasta me las querían cobrar cuando en ningún momento me las cambiaron. Hasta el 2do. día se solucionó este problema... Otra cosa en la habitación había un letrero de prohibido fumar, más sin embargo el día que ingresé el cuarto estaba……

“No se nos quería respetar la reservación que ya estaba pagada. Querían que pagáramos nuevamente en efectivo, no quisieron revisar el recibo hasta que otra persona llegó con la misma situación. Al final nos dejaron quedarnos pero ya no me volvería arriesgar con ellos. ”

“The room looks old, but that was not a problem. It was dirty and a lot of small insects, small cockroaches, walking on the floors, small fleas on the bed and the carpet. I think my biggest concern were the small insects, the room maybe the hotels needs a fumigation ASAP !”
