Welcome to this charming private individual house located in Roses, Costa Brava. With 4 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people, this accommodation is perfect for a family or friends' vacation. Its location in the center of Roses allows you to access everything on foot, without the need to use a car. Additionally, the beach is just a few meters away, only a 3-minute walk. The house has an area of 150 m² and two terraces, one of 23 m² and another of 15 m², where you can relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Additionally, to ensure your comfort during your stay, the house is equipped with several fans. Regarding amenities, the house has terrace furniture, washing machine, iron, private garage in the same building, television, and satellite TV. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. The coast of Roses includes a long sandy beach and further east a large number of coves, including Canyelles Petites, L'Almadrava, Cap Norfeu, Punta Falconera, Jóncols and Montjoi. Roses is an autonomous town, with all kinds of businesses: supermarkets, stores, restaurants, schools, medical center, Hair salons, veterinarians..... Located in a unique natural environment, in the north of the Costa Brava, it is less than 30 km from the French border, 65 km from Girona, and 160 km from Barcelona.
