In the district of Mas Fumats, in the resort 2 km from the centre of Roses, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach, south facing position. Private: well-kept terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Sep.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant, bar 750 m, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop "Mas Fumats - Roses" 750 m, sandy beach "Roses" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km.
