“Siamo molto grati di aver trovato questa piccola casetta tranquilla in montagna e in mezzo alla natura che abbiamo potuto abitare per alcuni giorni. Era dotata di tutto il necessario per sentirsi al suo agio. La sua posizione tra La Spezia e Genova ci ha permesso di fare escursioni alle Cique Terre. Saremmo felici se potessimo essere di nuovo ospiti in questa casetta invitante. Michael Weichert, Germania”

“The apartment was very stylish and roomy. In a very convenient and nice location. Wonderful deli right outside the front door. A 6 minute walk to the S. Margharita train station. ..... A couple of smallish issues. The power in the apt went out twice in the middle of the night during our 5 night stay. Had to go to circuit box in the lobby to reset fuse switch. Seemed petty for us to have to take out the trash across thd street before chucking out. Francesca, our rental agent was……

“And our family loved staying here, it is a short walk from the main street and beach with cafés and wine bars. A 15 minute walk in either direction will find you in Santa Margarita, or Rapallo, both are charming cities with lots of great food options, and beautiful Italian streets to explore. It was a great home base to visit Portofino, Camogli and Cinque Terre. Our hosts were as kind as can be And even provided us with wine and fresh fruit from their trees that were delicious. “We loved this property. The home is full of antiques but is very comfortable. We did need a car to get to the home. Sylvie recommended the restaurant, Peppen and it was the best place we have eaten in a long time. The owner was gracious and fed us way too much wonderful food. Stay a whole week to enjoy this property and the towns near by. Thanks to Alberto for sharing this home.”

Super maison chez patrizia très bien équipée il ne manque rien,beau jardin les lits très confortables et fait à la perfection d’une propreté irréprochable et un état général parfait.Et un super accueil !!! “We were traveling as a family with three young adults and two grandparents - and this was a fantastic find! The bus is a bit expensive (5 Euros per person/trip) but if you don’t have a car, well worth it. We had two cars and had to search for parking for the second, but I think we just missed that info. The house is gorgeous and totally unique and we had everything we needed. Lots of hikers to Portofino (and it was the off season!) passing by, but I would take the trails instead of the road if……

“Très bonne communication avec l’hôte qui est très réactive ! Je n’avais pas compris que la maison était en fait divisée en 2 et que la casa di mar était le sous sol de la maison, il y a donc des voisins de proximité. Le lieu est cependant très calme et agréable.”

“La maison a tout le confort nécessaire dans un environnement calme et d'une grande beauté (la montagne et ses randonnées a 3 km de la mer). Accueil très sympathique de Chiara et Fabio. Surtout bien suivre les indications d'accès envoyées par le propriétaire, car l'accès à la maison est étroit et très pentu et il ne faut pas arriver dans le mauvais sens.On s'habitue vite ensuite.”

“Struttura meravigliosa. Aria di pace e tranquillità. Abbiamo soggiornato nel Lodge, bellissimo e pulito. Comodissimo per l’accesso alla piscina, anch’essa stupenda. Staff cordiale ed efficiente. Ragazzo presente all’aperitivo molto gentile e simpatico. Un weekend di relax da ripetere sicuramente. ”

“Huset var mycket vackert beläget men inte helt lätt att ta sig till. Mycket brant backe och kan bli svårt med en stor bil. Bra parkering vid huset. Städning mycket bra och fräscht hus. Vi har tidigare hyrt hus i Italien vid några tillfällen, men aldrig tidigare så bra utrustning i köket och välfungerande duschar med varmvatten. trevliga värdar. Det som drar ner betyget är att man vid bokning efterfrågade om vi önskade "Additional sheets and towels". Jag förutsatte att det ingick ett set/ person……

“Chambre propre, spacieuse, calme et situé à proximité de nombreux restaurants. Le check in a été un peu long et la personne a tenu à nous accompagner jusque ds la chambre … inutile ! Parking public en face mais un peu cher. Je recommande cet hôtel. ”
