### Holiday Home in Rovinjsko with Pool

This alluring holiday home in Rovinjsko comes with 4 bedrooms and hosts 10 people comfortable. It is perfect for a group or families with children to enjoy the beautiful surroundings with a private swimming pool and air conditioning.  
  
You can enjoy sunbathing or watch the beautiful sunset from the nearby sea (6.5 km). In 100m there is a well stocked supermarket for all your daily needs. You can enjoy delicious food from the restaurants in 100 m if you are not in a mood to cook.  
  
During the evenings you can relax with the TV in the living room. All comforts like modern kitchen, air conditioning , and spacious bedrooms with double bed and balcony. The terrace with furniture is ideal to enjoy the surroundings over a barbecue. You can also enjoy the outside shower and the parasol. Parking and cot and high chair for a fee is also provided.  
  
Public transport lies at 200 m.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated
