“It was a great little room for a one night stay for a wedding . Check in was easy , it was clean and in a great location it was walking distance about a 5 min walk to downtown ocean grove and a ten minute drive to asbury park . Also communication with the host was great, answered me quickly and was helpful with any questions I had . ”

“Excellent communication responds almost immediately to messages - super easy to work with no issues whatsoever. Extremely clean property and comfortable beds. We were in town for a lacrosse game at Monmouth University - it was a good location fairly close to campus easy drive. Thanks for a great weekend ”

“The parking rules should be states before renting this unit. You are allowed 1 car but can reserve the house up to 10 people. Normally cars do not carry 10 people. Therefore common sense would dictate we may have more than one vehicle. I was told there would be parking outside and there was not. We parked about a mile away from the house and had to walk back.I was not given the code to the door or instructions on time. The beds are harder than the pavement outside. The house looks clean but go……

“Disappointed with this stay. The property was not as clean or well-maintained as advertised. I found a torn couch, dirty bathroom with leftover soap from previous guests, dirty refrigerator, worn towels, and overall poor cleanliness. The listed address also did not match the actual property location. I contacted both the host and VRBO and documented everything with photos. Would not stay here again.”

“Location was great but listing was very misleading. If all you need is a literal bedroom then this is fine but the listing leads on that you are getting much more. ”
