“We had a wonderful week. Communication beforehand was great and nothing was too much trouble. If youre looking for bright lights and busyness this is not it - though its only a car journey away. The pool about a minute's walk down the path was beautiful. The cottage was clean and contained everything we needed. Would return.”

Le logement est parfait pour deux couples avec enfants : piscine hors-sol, balançoire, ping-pong, billard… Le terrain clos est idéal pour des enfants en bas âge. Le logement est très bien équipé, notamment en cuisine. Belles pièces et espace extérieur charmant, au calme et à 15min de voiture de Cognac. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !”

“Réunion de famille à 10 dans des conditions parfaites. Literie, piscine ,équipements tout est là. Seul bémol la cuisine a besoin d'une plaque de cuisson plus grande et d un four plus conséquent pour pouvoir cuisiner pour 10 sereinement.”

Saintes was a particular favourite. Nothing went wrong but we felt reassured that Bernal would sort out any problems. Grateful thanks.”

“The cottage was a lovely place to stay. The property was very quiet and presented exactly as the listing described. We had everything we required and everything was clean and tidy. The pool area was lovely. There wasnt really anything in the village but the nearest town was only 10 or so minutes away. There was a supermarket and petrol station and a market. Was definitely somewhere i could return too. The hosts were lovely as well and sorted any small problems we had quickly. All in all would……

“From the moment we walked into the gite, we knew we were going to have a fabulous holiday. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The hosts live next door and were on hand if we needed anything, however, the gite offers a high degree of privacy and seclusion. We had fantastic weather and made good use of the heated pool which, like the gite, is much larger than the photos suggest.We have holidayed in France for over thirty years and we can honestly say this is……

“Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Use of grounds and pool. Very friendly, helpful, hosts gave lots of advice on things to do and places to visit and nothing was too much trouble. Enclosed garden to the cottage so our dog could be let off lead. Peaceful location, we had a great stay, thank you Jill and Phil.”

“jolie domaine dommage que ce soit éloigné de tout, mais cadre très jolie, lieu très calme belle bâtisse, avec de grandes pièces, surtout le salon très agréable avec plusieurs canapé très conviviale et familiale petit bémol, pas d'isolation pour le bruit avec le parquet le canapé non adapté pour dormir actuellement le reste la literie des chambres rien à redire cuisine agréable et spacieuse, mais manque quelques ustensiles,”

“Très belle maison très bien équipée et décorée, on se sent comme chez soi. Les espaces de vie sont vastes, 3 grandes chambres au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée. Un seul bémol si on n'est que des adultes, le couchage au 1er étage est moins confortable.”

“Nous avons passé 15 jours agréables dans cette grande maison avec un grand terrain. Le terrain de boule pour pétanque a été très apprécié. Et que dire de cette grande piscine pendant la canicule ? Un régal ! Tres bon séjour. Et une hôte qui réagit au quart de tour. Bravo”

“It was justo a quick arangement for a short stay. The place is isolated from any kind of entertainment, but It was easy to reach and easy to Connect with main road at departure. Just what we were looking for. It is a nice, clean and well equiped installation. Receptión in one building and rooms in the other one. Parking included. In similar situation we will keep It in mundo.”
