Located in a residential park, close to all shops and a few kilometers from the sea, pretty wooden chalet of 35 m2 comprising a main room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with WC, a covered terrace.
The chalet has a private parking space. the park offers a swimming pool which can be covered open to all.
A restaurant is located in the park. Ideal for family vacations.

    Bien à tout point de vue

    Très beau cadre, beaucoup d'arbres et d'arbustes. De l'espace pour déjeuner sur la terrasse, pour se reposer dans le jardin. Les copropriétaires sont sérieux et charmants, ils s'occupent bien de la piscine. On peut faire le marché et atteindre le centre de St Pierre à pied. Calme et confortable.
