住宿简介

Villa on Côte d'Azur with Beachfront Views

  • Enjoy the riches of the Côte d'Azur in style and optimally. In this unique and stately Villa, right on the beach, with its beautiful park garden with spacious swimming pool, you can completely relax. From the south-facing terrace you will dream away with the view of the Mediterranean sea and the sound of the waves.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and fully equipped. During the renovation, a perfect balance has been found between comfort, taste, luxury and preservation of the original appearance. The void with a height of 1 m 80 will be on the low side for a few, but when you look at the comfortable bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) and furnishings, you are not inclined to stand for long. All the more so since you have a view of the Mediterranean from your bed.

There is a gated, secured parking for those arriving by car. Although there are of course numerous fantastic day trips to make, a car is not really necessary here as almost all facilities are within walking distance. Via the station you have quick access to Nice, Cannes and even Monaco.
This holiday home is one of the Belvilla Award winners in: 2021,2023

Layout: On the 1st floor: (open kitchen(electric kettle, cooker(ceramic), hood, coffee machine(cups), combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), Living/diningroom(TV(flatscreen, smart TV), seating area, wireless music system, streamingservice), bedroom(small double bed(120 x 190 cm), heating), Gallery bedroom(double king size bed(180 x 200 cm), TV(flatscreen), DVD player, radio, CD player), bathroom(bathtub with shower, washbasin, toilet, heating), balcony, air conditioning, garden furniture)

parking, swimming pool(shared with other guests, fenced, 12 x 7 m., opened from 1/2 Apr upto and including Nov)

These costs are mandatory and charged on site. They are not included in the rental price.
