Property Summary
Le Village Cap Estérel - L'Esquinade is a large resort built in 1990, situated on the outskirts of Agay, approximately 2 km from the town center. This holiday rental property is located on a slope in a residential district, 900 meters from the sea and beach. The property offers a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, parking, tennis court, EV charging station, and the option for an installment plan. It is part of a larger complex that features a shared park spanning 210 hectares and five swimming pools (available seasonally from April 6 to November 3).

Outdoors
The outdoor spaces of the complex provide ample opportunities for recreation and leisure activities. There is a children's pool, boccia courts, and a children's playground equipped with slides and swings. Guests can enjoy the expansive 210-hectare park shared among the resort. The maisonette features a bathroom and a separate toilet on the same floor. Moving to the upper level, there is another room with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, also offering access to a terrace. Another bathroom with a toilet is available on this upper floor. Electric heating is provided throughout the accommodation. Outdoor amenities include a terrace with furnished seating areas, offering a scenic view of the sea. A reserved parking space (number 2130) is available for one car under a covered area with a height clearance of 180 cm.
