Semi-detached 3-room house of 70 sq.m and 30 sq.m of terrace – Résidence Les Bastides de Pan Cuet
On 2 levels (stairs access) – 4/6 people maximum

Beautiful air-conditioned mazet (house) composed of 2 bedrooms and accommodating up to 6 people in a residence with swimming pool. This property offers very nice services and is ideal for a quiet holiday with a nice sea view.

Accommodation without classification or awaiting classification*

Ground floor:
- Entrance with American-style equipped kitchen (Hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, etc.)
- Living room with sofa bed (possibility 2 beds) and armchair, flat screen television and dining room
- Bathroom with toilets and washbasin cabinet
- Covered terrace with outdoor furniture and awning, WEBER electric barbecue and fridge, sea view

On the floor:
- Bedroom 1 air-conditioned: Double bed in 140 and storage
- Bedroom 2 air-conditioned: Double bed in 140 and storage
- Bathroom with toilets and washbasin cabinet

Miscellaneous:
- Swimming pool in the residence, closed from October to May

Sunday and public holidays (except Saturday): self-check-in from 3pm (key box, details specified after booking)

If you wish to arrive out of these hours, it is imperative to inquire before booking.

Options (order possible up to 7 days before arrival):

- Single bed linen set : 20€/bed/stay (beds not made)
- Simple towels set (1 large + 1 small bath towels): 15€/person/stay
