Located in Sainte-Nathalène in the heart of Périgord noir, this 90 sqm vacation home welcomes up to 6 guests in a beautifully restored barn on the 1st floor. You will find 2 bedrooms measuring 24 sqm and 27 sqm, accommodating a couple with 2 children in one room and a couple in the other, plus 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped private kitchen includes a refrigerator and microwave, while amenities feature WiFi suitable for video calls, TV, fan, washing machine, and dedicated workspace. Families can utilize the baby bed and highchair provided.



Step outside to your private garden where you can relax on both covered and uncovered terraces, perfect for enjoying meals prepared on your private grill.



Parking includes 3 shared spaces at the property and 1 shared garage spot. Pets are not permitted, and events are not allowed on the property.



Situated approximately 6 km from the medieval town of Sarlat-la-Canéda with its thousand treasures, hosts Cathy and Michel will gladly share their knowledge of Périgord and provide guidance on local attractions. Complimentary refreshments await your arrival. Please call 1 hour before arrival to confirm your arrival time. A cleaning deposit will be requested upon arrival and returned based on departure condition. Bed linens and towels are provided.
