Short distance walks to shopping, pubs, restaurants, grocery store, beach, boat launch and close to all 5 major sledding mtns and golf that Sicamous has to offer. After a long day on the hills enjoy the fire pit in the backyard or having a game of pool. Multiple (6) parking spaces and parking for large trailers or boats. Hi-Mark house offers drying area for your gear after a long day of riding. Spacious laundry room with washer and dryer. One bedroom is on main floor. Two living rooms both with TV's to put your feet up and relax . Many extra's but promise you'll be comfy !!
There is a self contained rental suite attached to the house that will not effect your stay.
Make the most of your stay with exclusive access to our private backyard oasis! Enjoy a refreshing dip in the 24' round, 54" deep above-ground pool, or unwind in the hot tub after a day of exploring. Both the pool and hot tub are reserved for guests staying in the main house and are not shared with the suite. Whether you're looking to relax, soak up the sun, or enjoy a quiet evening under the stars, this outdoor space is all yours. Pool season May to end of September.
