"El recinto es hermoso, lamentablemente el servicio a la habitación deja mucho que desear, las tinajas al llegar estaba con el agua sucia, la piscina del lodge en mantencion, el restaurante bueno hasta que el segundo día a mi señora le salió tremendo pelo en los ravioles, reclamamos y se demoraron más de 20 minutos en traernos el nuevo plato. Finalmente no almorcé y nos fuimos sin ni siquiera una disculpa. Finalmente para que pague no quede conforme, no volvería nuevamente. "

"We are a family of four (with two little kids), and this was a great place for us to stay! The cabin is beautiful and very comfortable. Paloma was very communicative and helpful. The kids loved waking up to the roosters, taking a long bath in the jacuzzi, and the surprise dusting of snow on our last morning! The fresh eggs and honey were a special (and delicious) touch. The location is close to everything and safe. Highly recommend! "

"This property failed to honor a paid reservation with a credit card deposit. I would strongly caution all visitors (especially if you are from out of country) to avoid this. Me and another set of guests were turned away despite a confirmed reservation, and we were forced to drive 2 hours back to Santiago as an emergency to find a bed."
