“My husband and I stayed here and were impressed with everything involved! The communications between Concierge (Max - who is truly AMAZING) and us was flawless. He covered absolutely everything we needed and was very open in all communications and incredibly helpful. The location, the property, the experience, surpassed all of our expectations (which were high to begin with). Couldn't recommend this experience/place enough!!! We will definitely be back!!!”

“We loved the location. The pictures are different than what we found at the place. We would have liked a cleaner sponge and drying rack. There are numerous cracked tiles and cracks on the walls. The blender was broken when we tried to use it so we had to borrow one from the people below us. The recommendations for food were amazing! Definitely will stay again. “Breathtaking views from the house. Host and the property care taker was responsive. We never got to use the pool because there was so much activity in Sayulita and the beaches around. Even though the location is close to the beach, be prepared for the hills as regular cars won't be able to go up. We had to rent special golf cart that could handle the hills. “We had a marvelous stay at Las Palapas. It is a beautiful property in a spectacular location. There is a small, private beach right next to the property and a safe area for snorkeling right in front of the house. We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our whole family of 13, including 5 children. This fabulous place was perfect for all ages. The kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling equipment were fabulous to have and so easy to use. There are tennis courts and a pickle ball court……

To make a long story short, I was considering booking his place for a cousins wedding in San Pancho, 15 minutes north. By mistake I pressed something and VRBO said "you're booked"! “Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street.
