“Staying at Icon Vallarta felt like home. The feeling of welcome was palpable from both the staff and fellow residents. The condo was clean and well-maintained, and the hosts were communicative. The one problem I had was that before the stay I was required to send a photo ID (which is typical) and this site did not allow me to attach it to our messages. “This is a really nice property, has a beautiful pool, and the check in and check out went smoothly. The beds and linens are comfortable. The layout of the suite is very spacious and has views on both sides of the building, which is very unique. Security is very good, we made the mistake of not realizing my son’s friend wouldn’t be able to visit for the afternoon without direct permission so the boys were not able to be on the property until we (the renters) returned. The whole building has fantastic amenities especially the roof top pool (the water was the perfect temperature for day or evening swims), and the security guards were so lovely. Desde que llegamos, las personas en caseta no sabían que habíamos reservado por Expedia, nos dijeron que ya debíamos tener contraseña y número de cuarto cuando nadie se había comunicado con nosotros. Además intentaron hacernos el cobro desde varios días antes, cuando la app nos dejó seleccionar la opción de pagar el total el día que llegáramos. El primer día no nos dieron brazalete porque se les habían terminado, pero……

“Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. It is a great place for a family, laid back atmosphere and fairly quiet. The pool was warm……
