Slept 4 people comfortably and was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do, as well as the ferry which was a short trip to Varenna, Tremezzo, San Giovanni, etc. I choose this specifically because I was traveling with a type 1 diabetic and it had afforded all the conveniences that were needed, including small fridge, electric stove, dishes etc, and a small market nearby. “The apartment is just as described and pictured. The views of the lake are beautiful, especially at sunset. The unit was clean and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable. We had 4 adults and one 8 yr old. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Marco was a great host and offered recommendations for eating and sightseeing. We could not have been more satisfied with the unit. We would recommend without hesitation.”

“Instructions for check in were detailed and we had no problems. We were able to find a parking spot in the garage but be warned there are only a few and it's first come first serve. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The location is in Fiumelatte, a 20-ish minute walk to Varenna which we were happy to do every day. The apartment amenities are basic but fine and comfortable and clean. My only real complaint is there was no Wifi network as advertised. And I did not hear back when I……

“The property and views were wonderful and Mr. Luigi was fantastic. PLEASE do yourself a favor and enter the address into Google or Apple Maps and DO NOT rely on the map within the VRBO app. It is wrong. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is.”

“This apartment is the perfect spot for a trip to Bellagio. With super close proximity to the beautiful lake & a few delicious food options. It is also a short drive or about 15 minute walk into the heart of Bellagio. The apartment is super clean & well maintained and Roberta is an excellent host. She went out of her way to suggest things for our family to do and places to eat. Her recommendation for dinner was spot on as well! We look forward to coming back soon! ”

"We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice ."
