“Belle propriété avec bungalows tout neufs et très mignons. On a même vu un paresseux dans un arbre. Juste à côté de frog's paradise donc parfait pour la visite de nuit, on peut y aller à pied. Repas et petits déjeuners très bons. Les propriétaires sont charmants et toujours prêts à rendre service.”

“The villa is just as described and the location is cool. We spent days exploring the area, late afternoons cooling off in the pool and evenings watching the sunset. The walk down to the river is easy and we spent an afternoon hanging out there and swimming in the water. As others have said, there is still a lot of construction happening on the property and when complete the place will be fantastic. For now, there are no other amenities like a restaurant or spa on site but they are building……

“The people running it were so nice and extremely helpful. We got set up with a guide to take us on a hike to a spectacular waterfall, and were told of other places of interest. The food was delivered hot to the house and was plentiful and good. It was odd that in the very well stocked kitchen, there was no silverware. We don’t know if there was no hot water or if we didn’t figure out how to use it. Some outside chairs would have been nice ”

“We were greeted by wonderful gentleman named Leonardo who made our check in and out smooth and easy. Listing is as described if not better imo. The breakfast from the ranch is a must have. The ladies in the kitchen have top notch service. We would stay again if in the area 100%”

They paid attention to so many details, such as supplying useful items for comfort in the house and for exploring the area. We really appreciated the breakfast food and snacks provided. The hiking trail down to the river is a gem. ”

“Tidy and roomy, but bed was too firm for me and no hot water. It was very difficult for the taxi driver to find the location due to no address, or sign. We finally had to call them for directions. Maria and hubby were very accommodating, but said they couldn't do anything about the lack of hot water until the next day due to needing a part. They acted as taxi drivers to get us to the park and also to La Fortuna, stopping at stores as needed along the way. Super nice! They don't speak English,……

“This is a very unique house in a very quiet and peaceful location. We only visited for 1 night so we did not get to enjoy it as much as we could have. Small miscommunication with our booking but as we went on an evening tour, things were straightened out and all was well by the time we returned. This would be a very fun place for a group of friends as there was a big field to play in, tons of beds, and a big covered communal area to play games. It's definitely a change of pace from the busier,……
