Summary:
Welcome to 1120 Calle Vieques #2, our newly renovated and spacious property in the heart of Condado. This is the perfect place for those who love being close to all of the action that Condado has to offer. It is just a five minute walk from the popular Ashford Avenue and from the beach access near La Concha resort. It is also very close to La Laguna del Condado where you can enjoy water activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding.
*WE ARE PET FRIENDLY, AND ACCEPT LONG TERM STAYS
The Space:
This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, family room with TV, and a large private terrace. Other amenities include Wi Fi, washer and dryer inside the apartment. *PRIVATE PARKING AVAILABLE
Guest Access:
Guests can access the house using a lock box that will be available upon arriving to the house.
