IMPRESIONANTE VISTA AL MAR CARIBE Apt. 4

1/1, two level loft, open space.
One of a kind! Imagine a bungalow on a cliff with a wrap-around balcony. A view which invigorates the spirit! On a clear day, you can see the silhouette of the island St. Thomas. I have nicknamed this unit "el cucurucho" because of the upstairs outside balcony perched up above for a bird to take flight.

It is an open one bedroom loft with a private balcony on the second floor. This apartment has hosted several celebrities because of it reclusive location and casual ambiance! It is my favorite unit in the building.

Property with stairs, high and low (no children accepted, sorry). Close to Luquillo beach, tropical rainforest Yunque, Hotel Conquistador, water park, Kayaking to the fluorescent lagoon. Near The Virgin Islands.

House is naturally very ventilated from the ocean breeze with the windows open. Be sure to always close all windows when leaving the house.
This is a tropical island it is essential to store all open containers of food and drinks in the refrigerator to not attract insects!
Arrival time required. Please text 24 hours prior. Please type Punta Bateria, PR on GPS for directions.
