They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. “Wir hatten eine großartige Woche mit drei Familien und insgesamt acht Kindern. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind super. Wir konnten mit 14 Personen gemütlich auf der Terrasse sitzen. Der Pool war perfekt und die sieben Badezimmer ein toller Luxus. Die Klimaanlagen sorgen auch bei heißen Tagen für eine angenehme Temperatur im Haus.Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super!100% Weiterempfehlung!!!”

“Beautiful villa secluded from the closest town so that it felt private but close enough to the beautiful villages of Umbria. We were a group of 14 and it felt spacious. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain but we cosied up in the fireplace and still had dinner outside under the covered outside eating area. You could call up the related resort on the landline at anytime if you were missing anything and they were very helpful. I also used the concierge service to have wine delivered to the villa and...

“Our villa was a traditional building but with more modern facilities which was a perfect mix. Set high in the hills with a magnificent view it was a wonderful location once you got used to driving up there!! Quiet grounds, a good sized outside eating area and a lovely pool made it an ideal holiday venue for our extended family. We all loved it.”

“Stayed for one month, having stayed before. Stefano and Anna are kind hosts. The house has everything you need for a stay of any length of time. The pool area is a nice respite from the heat. The living is comfortable with tv and couches. The kitchen is fully stocked with pot’s and pans of all shapes and sizes. Private gate and driveway.
