“After spending hours trying to find the location (got there at 12 midnight, had contacted customer service 3 times) i finally found the place only to find out that apparently they don’t work with Expedia anymore. So I was charged the amount and had no room to sleep that night! Contacted customer support again and they said I’d receive a refund (which I haven’t gotten) and to find another place for the night. Terrible ”
