viewing opportunities, with eagles and ospreys stopping for meals in the trees around the neighborhood. For the outdoor enthusiast, the community tennis/pickle ball courts are nearby at the back of the community, while the deeded beach access is a short walk across the street.

Whether you're young or young at heart, Shelluva Time is ideal for family members of all ages. With a split floor plan, you can enjoy privacy with the primary bedroom and den being located on one side of the house and the guest bedrooms on the other, with the living, dining and kitchen space in between.

Open the sliding doors and enjoy the outdoors while preparing drinks at the bar or snacks in the kitchen.

The kitchen and family room open up to the outdoor lanai alongside the heated saltwater pool, and you can dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table, host a family game night or assemble a puzzle, both of which can borrowed from the Sanibel Public Library.

The living area seats 5 comfortably and features a Smart TV, front garden views, and is part of the larger dining area and kitchen space.

The dining table seats 7 comfortably, and it is situated between the kitchen and living room. The bar features a wine captain and Keurig coffeemaker, so be sure to bring your best cocktail and mocktail recipes with you.

The fully-equipped kitchen features quartz countertops and Samsung Smart appliances. There is ample pantry space and counter space to prepare meals or set up a family style buffet.

The oversized primary bedroom features a King bed, Smart TV and lanai access. There is a sliding barn door leading to the en-suite bathroom and dressing area.

The bathroom is reminiscent of a spa. It is spacious and bright, with built-ins and double closets for your personal items, dual vanities and an oversized custom shower.

The King guest bedroom is poolside, with sliding doors leading to the lanai. It has a Smart TV and spacious closet. It shares the guest bathroom with the 3rd guest bedroom, which is located at the front of the house and has 2 full beds, a Smart TV and garden view.

The den features a Twin trundle bed and a small desk that is ideal for working remotely or when a quiet space is needed to participate in a Zoom meeting or video chat.

A powder room is adjacent to the den and kitchen, and the laundry is located in the spacious 2-car garage.

Shelluva Time is professionally managed by Cottages to Castles of Sanibel & Captiva. Since 1997, they've been making sure that you have everything you need to make your stay a memorable one.

Your doggie is welcome at this property with prior approval of the Owner and Cottages to Castles. Payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required. The non-refundable fee is based on the length of your stay and the number of doggies in residence and/or visiting the property. Weight limit and breed restrictions may be applicable.
