“This was our second time staying in Buenaventura. This condo was beautifully decorated, located in one of the best locations for families, and was very spacious. The amenities are exactly as the host described and Alexander was available for any questions the entire stay. Our group consisted of a wide age range from young children to grandparents and the condo was perfect for all. It had a wonderfully large outside patio that was just perfect for a morning coffee or to catch a drink in the……

“Great location, steps away from the beach. Wished the check in process was smoother. We had stayed at a different apartment a few months earlier and had no problem checking in. At this time we were told that only 4 people were allowed at a time at the pool area, however, we saw families of up to 6 people including kids at the pool and no one questioned them.”

Amenities/gym not as indicated in VRBO . Gym is not available. It has been neglected and needs a significant amount of work to reopen. Despite some vacant and neglected condos, it is a place I would love to return .”

“Beautiful condo overlooking Playa El Palmar. Location is a little remote, as there are no amenities at the condo. A car is recommended, unless you like to walk a lot and are okay jumping on the local buses or you want to take a taxi everywhere. Condo itself is well appointed and very comfortable. Owners were very prompt to deal with any issues or repairs that arose. Would highly recommend this rental and would not hesitate to stay here in the future!”

“Nikki Residence is a great location - on the beach, short drive to the local food store, golf courses, and to many quaint restaurants. Philip's unit was very clean and offers a great view of the ocean and courtyard. BUT... the complex, itself, still has many empty/ abandoned condos that are falling apart. “Before the arrival date but after I was fully charge on my credit card for the reservation I was contacted by the owner saying that the apartment had been booked in two different playaforms by mistake that the other persons had done it a couple of hours before me and that I needed to cancel the reservation, that if I apply and cancel the refund was going to be faster, so I naively did it. It have been more than 10 days I already presented proof that I was requested by the owner but I haven’t……

Resulta que te la ofrecen cuando estas buscando estadia pero cuando estas alla te das cuenta que solo es para propietarios. Solo te ofrecen un rinconcito lejano donde hay un pequeño restaurante.
