Fully-remodeled 2BR/2BA condo in the heart of Santa Clara. Pet-friendly. Near Apple HQ & Kaiser. Stroll to restaurants, shops. 24 hour convenience store right outside the main gate. Quick access to i280 & US-101, El Camino Real and Lawrence Expressway.

High-speed Wi-Fi, fully smart equipped devices, contemporary kitchen, private in-unit laundry, community pool. Patio views of a serene yard.

The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, microwave and owen, gas stove, flatware, knife set, pots & pans, glassware etc. Each bedroom has one queen size bed. There is one reserved carport parking spot for one car. Additional parking is street side.

Safety prioritized with carport camera & video doorbell. Entire unit on one level. Not wheelchair accessible due to stairs from carport to unit. Unit has soft water.
