Relax on one of two screened porches with over-sized swing and listen for the waves. The native landscape provides shade and an intimate setting in one of Watercolor's highly sought after Districts. Offering a great floor plan, the first floor master bedroom awaits you with a king-sized bed, private master bath with walk-in shower as well as a separate bathtub and double vanity. Another bedroom is located on the first floor with a king bed, adjacent bathroom with tub/shower combination.
An office is located off the back door to provide a quiet place to work if needed, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
