Cozy with pool and Teide views
Cosy holiday flat of 65 m2 situated in a quiet private urbanization with views to the swimming pool and partial views to the Teide.
Spacious, bright, comfortable and well equipped. The pleasant terrace almost at the level of the huge communal garden invites you to relax, have breakfast or chat. From the pool area you can also enjoy sea views and a beautiful sunset.
Strategically located and very close to the motorway, you can easily explore the island.
THE PROPERTY
The property has:
-High speed WIFI internet connection (fibre optic 300 MB) with good coverage throughout the property.
-Full kitchen where you can prepare meals for guests, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machines (capsules not included), American filter type and moka type, kettle, juicer, washing machine, mixer, etc.
Kitchenware sufficient to cook and serve all guests with a variety of utensils.
-Terrace with views of the swimming pool and partial view of the Teide, table, chairs. You will also find cards and some toys for the little ones.
-Cozy, comfortable and functional living room with sofa-bed type chaiselongue (suitable for sleeping children), Smart TV 50’ (connect your Netflix accounts, Amazon Prime, Disney +, etc) and laptop PC.
-Master bedroom with a double bed 150x200, bedside tables, reading lamps, fan and small heater.
-Travel cot available on request (confirm availability).
-Full bathroom.
Sufficient towels, sheets, etc. for all guests.
We have maps of the island as well as various tourist information brochures.
Cleaning of the house during your stay can be arranged in advance and will be charged extra.
COMMON AREAS AND SURROUNDINGS
The common areas have:
-Communal swimming pool in a large garden with lawn and Canary Island palm trees.
-Private parking. The urbanisation has an outdoor space to park some cars. You can also park for free in the street.
In the building there is a small supermarket and a restaurant. There is also a spa nearby.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The accommodation is in a quiet private urbanisation, within the exclusive neighbourhood of La Quinta, in the village of Santa Úrsula.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and is situated next to the cliffs that belong to the Protected Natural Area of Costa de Acentejo.
Only a short drive from the motorway, the urbanisation is strategically located for exploring the island. The North airport and La Laguna are about 15 minutes away, beaches 10-15 minutes, Puerto de la Cruz 12 minutes and Santa Cruz 25 minutes.
Nearby, about 3-5 minutes away, you have all the necessary services for daily life such as supermarket, pharmacy, many restaurants, petrol station, cafe, bars, shops, etc.
Santa Ursula is situated in a landscape of lush vegetation. It still preserves an original style, with its houses, lifestyle and gastronomy of the Canary Islands, so you can enjoy the experience of the daily life of the Canarian.
The municipality has a privileged location on the beautiful north coast of Tenerife. Excellent wines are grown and produced on the mountain slopes. It is also one of the areas with the highest concentration of ‘Guachinches’ (typical and simple Canarian restaurants). On the other hand, the place is quite far away from both the afternoon clouds of the Teide in the west and the Anaga mountains in the east. Therefore Santa Úrsula is situated in the heart of the sunniest part of the North.
It is away from the main tourist destinations of the island but strategically located to visit the different points of interest of the island. It is the perfect place for excursions to other places of interest in Tenerife, as it is in a strategic area, relatively close to the capital and the motorway links to the south of the island.
Every Saturday and Sunday there is an agricultural market nearby where you can buy vegetables, fruit, honey, cheese, etc. directly from the producers.
The bus stop on the motorway is 700 metres away.
For the best way to discover the island we recommend renting a car, but most places of interest can also be reached by bus.
ATTENTION TO THE GUEST:
During their stay, guests will have me at their disposal for any needs, queries or doubts they may have. Not only about the accommodation, but also about places of cultural interest, restaurants, customs, popular festivals, culture, etc.
We personally attend to the guests on arrival.
We offer a pick-up service from the airport or bus station.
