With a roofterrace near the beach - Casa Antonio Invierno

The typical Majorcan Casa Antonio is nestled in a quiet, rural location on the outskirts of the charming coastal town of Cala Llombards - away from mass tourism.



The family-friendly holiday home has an air-conditioned living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and offers space for 6 people altogether. The facilities include air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair.



The spacious outdoor area offers places to relax in the sun and under pine and palm trees as well as dining facilities and a portable barbecue. Further highlights are the pool with stairs and a wide bench, which is the ideal place for a refreshing drink in the summer, as well as the roof terrace with sea view, where you usually experience a refreshing breeze.



A supermarket is within walking distance (900m), further shopping facilities as well as restaurants, bars and cafés are located 5.5 km away in Santanyi or 4 km away in Es Llombards. The romantic, natural sandy beach Caló des Moro is only a few minutes walk away.



Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street.



Pets are not allowed.



Bed linen and towels are included in the price.



Since we are on an island here, responsible use of resources is very important. Additional costs for water and electricity are included in the indicated price as long as a responsible use is available. Excessive use may result in additional costs.



IMPORTANT: It is strictly forbidden to hold parties and events in the house.

The minimum stay allowed must be respected during the whole stay in the house.



Smoking is NOT allowed



If any of these rules are not followed, we will be obliged to take immediate action and, if necessary, to evict the guests from the house.

Wunderschöne Finca!

Wir waren zu zweit im März vor Ort. Die Finca ist wirklich toll und bietet alles was man braucht! Wir haben tolle Abendstunden auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer genossen. Auch die Vermieterin Gudrun Deger ist sehr lieb und für Rückfragen stets erreichbar. Sowohl der Check-in als auch der Check-Out waren unkompliziert. Wir schließen es nicht aus, noch einmal wieder zu kommen.
