“They charge for cleaning the place before you get there which I believe is not the guess responsibility. the bathroom sink was in a very bad condition had water leak. “Upon arrival. The receptionist didn’t have our reservation. Then the person in charge of the apartment said they never received a booking from Expedia and that our reserved apartment was occupied by another guest. Leaving us without a place to stay in the middle of nowhere since the location is not very ideal either. ”
