House Girassol of Alentejo, is located in S. Francisco da Serra, is a Portuguese parish in the municipality of Santiago do Cacém with 51. 53 m2 of area and 809 inhabitants.
It has a large garden area, overlooking the sea, private parking, is 15 minutes from downtown Santiago do Cacém and about 25 minutes from Comporta beach.

The house is equipped with a large kitchen and two bathrooms, it also has a generous living room with high ceiling and a fireplace, and two comfortable bedrooms, a large dining room, a mezzanine on top floor and a private terrace outside

The house is partially surrounded by a garden path that leads to the swimming pool.
Grass, flower patches and trees have been placed in a harmonious way.
