Beautiful, roomy, sunny 2BR, 2 BA old style Florida beach house and only 200 yards to beautiful Lido Beach. Short, easy walk to all the shops and dining at St. Armand's Circle. Relax on the front porch or in the courtyard out back. 2 bikes provided, ride to Lido Key Park or St. Armand's Circle in less than 5 minutes. Everything you need for the beach is included, just pack your suitcase and enjoy the sunsets. Take the free Bay Runner Trolley from the beach to downtown Sarasota and have your groceries delivered from Publix and you will have no need for a rental car!
Note: Lido Key does not allow dogs on the beach. There is a small beach on Bird Key nearby that is dog friendly.
Need more space? Ask about the availability of the darling guest house.

Enjoyed everything about our stay. All amenities were great so many that usually are not included in a rental home. Our dog enjoyed the backyard and walks to the beach. The beach is so close we visited multiple times a day. Kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to even package up food in containers in our igloo. Everything was very clean, with beautiful calming colors. Will definitely return if we can even get it again. It’s always booked. Lastly, the host was very accommodating and responsive.

Great location, house has everything needed to cook meals at home, beds are comfortable, perfect sized cottage for a family of four. This is the 4th year we have stayed with this property owner and we have always had an excellent vacation experience.

What a great home. You can tell “ one of the originals”. Kitchen had everything needed. Beds very comfortable and plenty of towels. TV easy to work and great WiFi. Walked to beach- had lunch on covered beach access. Great shopping at St.Armands

Location, Location, Location

We had a great time in Sarasota; we met my wife's brother and his wife. We loved the location of the property; you could walk almost everywhere you needed to go. It was the most equipped VRBO property we have experienced. The property was excellent and well decorated with art. The host was awesome and very accommodating. We will definitely return; highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay again this year. We stayed for two weeks this time and the time just flew by everything in the house was beautiful. Everything we needed was there couldn’t ask for a better place to stay really close to the beach just one block away and also had a swimming pool next to the Lido Beach Pavilion, that was accessible Communication with the owners was fantastic. Charming Beach Cottage

A First Class Experience

LaVeda was the perfect host, could not have asked for anything more. The house was clean, well-stocked and perfectly located within walking distance of the beach and St Armands Circle. This cottage is exactly as you see in the photos. It is cute. It is comfy. It’s in a great location. We felt safe. What a wonderful retreat

The home that our family got to share was wonderful. It was exactly as described on the VRBO page. The homeowner was always gracious and very quick to respond to my questions. It was the best vacation that we have ever had and cannot wait to go back again next year. The location was terrific, and it became our home away from home. The entire house was spotless and very well stocked with anything we needed. Beautifully decorated and beds were dreamy. Short walk to beach or we could drive and park at the pool area and enjoy both beach and pool along with snack bar 😀 Can’t wait to return depending on moms health. Perfect Everything!

We were in Sarasota for a Sprint Canoe competition at Nathan Benderson Park but wanted to be close to the beach. This was the perfect location. We had every amenity at our fingertips along with the comfort of a spacious beach house to accommodate my teen son and I. The hosts are amazingly wonderful and responsive. I hope to visit again soon!
