New to our rental program and completely renovated! This is a beautiful first floor High Hammock Villa. The perfect vacation getaway! Close to the Ocean Winds Golf Course and a short bike ride to the beach (1/2 mile). This lovely rental has amenity cards included in the rent. These guest cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

Open the door and walk in to a bright open floor plan. The entire villa has vinyl plank flooring, perfect for sweeping away the beach sand! The living room offers comfy seating and the bonus of a queen sleeper sofa. There is a large TV for your entertainment. Sliders lead out to the ground floor patio. Pour yourself a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and relax outdoors. Watch the deer nibble in the grass or the wild turkeys stroll the grounds. The dining area has a table with seating for four. The kitchen breakfast bar extends into the dining area, providing additional seating for two. A beautifully updated kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked for any cook.

Off the main hall, you will find the master en-suite, guest bedroom, and hall bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, television and a private bath. The bath has a granite topped vanity and fabulous tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed access to the hall bath and sliders out to the patio. Each bedroom has comfortable beds and soft lighting, perfect for drifting off to sleep. The guest bath has a walk-in shower. Each bath has a blow dryer for your convenience.

Extras in your villa are the: stackable washer and dryer off the hall entry, iron and ironing board.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

This property includes access to Club amenities. Amenity cards are a $300/wk (or $50/day) value included in your rental fee. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees, indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply)

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
